The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered.

However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all services we provide. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Carbond Now is not responsible for customer choosing the wrong fuel/octane level for their vehicle. The customer will receive the fuel that was chosen at “request” by the customer.;

The vehicle(s) must be located in a safe and well lit area. Your vehicle’s tank must be accessible by the driver at the time of delivery. The Carbond Now driver will make one attempt to contact you before leaving if unable to access.;

Your vehicle must be located at the address on file. All vehicles must be at the same address to be filled. If they will be in separate locations, that will be considered a separate request, which means additional fees will be charged.;

You will be billed by Carbond Now on the same day of the fuel service.The cost of fuel is due on the day of the delivery. If payment could not be processed on the day of delivery, your invoice must be paid before receiving service again.;

If customers must cancel the day before their scheduled delivery, the service charge still applies, there will be no refunds. Carbond Now has the right to refuse service at any time.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
